The "Pusula: Geleceğin Başlangıcı" Program, offered by Rönesans Holding, provides a professional work experience and guides recent university graduates in transitioning to the professional world. Believing that the future can only be designed sustainably with the youth who will live it, Rönesans Holding and the Rönesans Education Foundation have launched "Pusula: Beginning of the Future" to make the first work experience meaningful by creating space for new ideas.

• If you have graduated from a university in Turkey in 2023 or 2024,
• If you are under the age of 25,
• If you are ready to gain professional work experience,
• If you have a good command of English,
• If you are open to trying alternative methods to solve problems, have a high desire to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team,
